MAX471 Current Detection Module, Can detect current up to 3A (Ampere), when used in parallel can expand current detection capability.
1. Descriptions
A precision high-side current sensor using chip MAX471. Module don’t require specific voltage to supply because can accept 3Volt ~ 36Volt DC. Can detect current up to 3A (Ampere), to detect more than 3A, connect more than one module in parallel connection.

4. How to use
Input Wiring
- INPUT+ (RS+) connect to power supply for module (3Volt ~ 36Volt DC)
- INPUT- (RS-) connect to positive load (circuit that measured)
- GND (Ground) connect to Ground of power supply and Ground of load
Output Wiring
- OUT is analog voltage output (1Volt increased as output by 1 Ampere current detected), this OUT pin can connect to analog-digital (AD) converter or directly to microcontroller (with I/O AD function)
- GND connect to ground AD converter/ microcontroller
